Ordering Products

All prices are shown in Great Pounds Sterling £ (GBP).

Shipping costs will be calculated once you select your country next to the calculate postage cost button. We deliver worldwide and welcome international customers.

Please ensure that your address and card details are entered correctly. We are not responsible for delivering to the wrong address if the delivery information is incorrect.

Please retain your confirmation email after placing an order as we do not print receipts.

We are based in the UK and deliver internationally.

Final dates for Christmas orders

*Please note, if orders for Christmas are placed after these dates we are not responsibe for any dalays.

UK

Standard shipping : Order by Saturday 15th December

1st Class: Order by Monday 16th December

Europe

Standard International shipping + tracked: order by 12th December

Rest of the world:

Order by 3rd December

***** Please note we will be closed for the holiday from 22nd - 29th December. Orders may still be placed during this period but will be dispatched on the 30th December. Thank you. 

UK SHIPPING

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail on the same day or the next day of your order, excluding Sundays.  Standard, first class and first class signed delivery are all available.  

Please note that standard shipping usually takes 3-5 working days but may take a few days longer. We are not responsible for postal delays via Royal Mail, however, we will do our best to track your package down if you have not received an item within 10 days.

First class parcels are usually delivered within 1-2 days but may also take a few days longer.

*Please note that severe weather conditions may cause a delay to your delivery. 

Europe/Rest of the World

International orders are sent by regular airmail. Options are available for standard international shipping and international tracked and signed. 

Delivery to Europe takes 4-8 days. Please allow an extra week if you have not recieved your item within the 4-8 day period. You may then contact us and we will look further into the situation.

Delivery to the rest of the world usually takes 8-15 days. Please allow an extra week if you have not received your item via standard international delivery within the 8-15 day period.

*Orders placed close to Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays may experience delays. No guarantees are given for delivery times during these periods.

Custom Duties/Taxes

International customers:

Please be aware of your country's custom and import duty fees, it is the buyers responsibility in their country of residence to pay any customs or taxes.

Charges will vary dependent on your Country's polices and you should check with your local customs office for more information. 

Allow 2-3 weeks for your package to arrive after time of shipment. Check with your local post office if your status says delivered, but you don't see it at your door. They may be holding it to collect customs.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you love your order however we understand that you may need to send something back.

If an item is faulty  please send us an email within 14 days. We may ask you to send us a photo of the damaged item. We will be glad to refund you (minus shipping costs) or send a replacement provided the returned item(s) are received back within 21 days of delivery in their original condition & packaging. We are not resposible for the shipping costs when items are returned to us. That is up to you, the buyer. 

This complies with the DSRs and the stipulation that all items must be returned.

This policy applies to exchanging an item if an item was not what you expected.

Once we have received the item(s) we will notify you via email and send you a refund via the payment method you used for the purchase.

All products are described as accurately as possible, however, errors may occur and include inaccuracies on the availability of products contained on the website. If such errors occur we will inform you and unless a replacement is requested, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a refund.
